Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or an exchange.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (no stains, makeup, scents, dog hair,etc.), in the same condition that you received it, and the tag(s) must still be attached to the item.

Non-returnable items:

- Jewelry & all accessories
- Gift cards
- Discounted or sale items

No authorization is needed. Please include the packing slip or a proof of purchase in your package with the returned item(s) circled or highlighted. A packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase. Please neatly package the item with paper of some sort for protection.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. Please note that Young Love is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.

Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your credit.
If you are approved, then you will receive a store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We understand that not everything is going to fit or look right. If you are eligible for a return you can exchange the item(s) for a different size, color, or product. Customers may be charged a difference or recieve a difference in store credit. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Gift cards or certificates can not be returned.

*Please allow for 5-7 days for your return to be processed.
